REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Charvieille purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any staining

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at charvieille@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Defective or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at charvieille@gmail.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
