Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages Charvieille is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at charvieille@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
